Claude Brasseur, de son vrai nom Claude Espinasse, est un acteur français né le 15 juin 1936 à Neuilly-sur-Seine. Fils de Pierre Brasseur, lui-même célèbre acteur, Claude se destinait initialement à une carrière d'ingénieur avant de finalement se tourner vers sa passion pour le théâtre et le cinéma. Il fait ses débuts sur les planches dès l'âge de 18 ans, en jouant dans différentes pièces de théâtre, dont "La Mouette" de Tchekhov, qui lui permet d'obtenir sa première reconnaissance en tant qu'acteur. Sa carrière prend alors une tournure internationale avec des participations à des festivals de théâtre en Europe et aux États-Unis. Au cinéma, Claude Brasseur commence sa carrière en 1957 avec "Le pays d'où je viens" de Marcel Carné, mais c'est véritablement avec sa prestation dans "Un singe en hiver" d'Henri Verneuil en 1962, où il partage l'affiche avec Jean Gabin et Jean-Paul Belmondo, qu'il se fait remarquer par le grand public et les critiques. Par la suite, son talent polyvalent lui offre des rôles variés, passant de la comédie légère au drame, en passant par le thriller. Il est acclamé pour sa prestation dans "La guerre des polices" en 1979, pour laquelle il remporte le César du meilleur acteur. Claude Brasseur est un comédien populaire qui joue dans de nombreux films à succès, tels que "Coup de Torchon" en 1981, "Tir groupé" en 1982 ou encore "Le Souper" en 1992. Il excelle dans la comédie avec des films comme "Le dîner de cons" en 1998, où il joue aux côtés de Thierry Lhermitte. En parallèle à sa carrière cinématographique, Claude Brasseur continue à se produire sur scène et à la télévision. Il est notamment connu pour son rôle récurrent dans la série "Les Cœurs brûlés" diffusée dans les années 1990.
