Only the last transaction made under your weekly subscription of €3.95 is eligible for a refund. Previous payments cannot be refunded.

Once your request is validated, the refund will be processed within 5-10 business days using the original payment method used for the purchase.
Subscriptions that have violated the terms of service will not be refunded.
Refund requests are only valid for payments made after the subscription or the automatic renewal of the subscription.
