Jeremy Paul Kagan is an American film and television director, writer, and producer. He was born on December 14, 1945 in Mount Vernon, New York. Kagan began his career in the industry in the 1970s, directing episodes for various TV series such as "The Bionic Woman" and "Kojak." He gained recognition for his work on the TV movie "The Chosen" in 1981, which earned him an Emmy Award. Kagan also directed the critically acclaimed film "The Big Fix" in 1978, starring Richard Dreyfuss, as well as the cult classic "The Journey of Natty Gann" in 1985. Throughout his career, Kagan has balanced his work in television with directing feature films and documentaries. He is known for his versatile storytelling and ability to work in a variety of genres.
